    Why buy CreateAlong?

We've been supporting the clay + crafting community since 2007. Kira has a B.S. in Art Education and has been teaching since she was 13- her first job as a summer camp counselor. Our tools are thoughtfully designed, tested, and many have product demos on our YouTube channel @polymerclaytv, with over 800 videos ready to watch.

    FAQ's

    Who makes the products?

We are a small business woman-owned and operated from north Florida. Kira is the owner and designer, Shannon is the Mistress of Manufacture operating our 3d printers, lasers, and other equipment, and Erin is our Shipping Elf.

A very few of our products- such as our metal sculpting tools, are curated wholesale from various places since we do not have metal manufacturing capabilities in our in-house shop.

How can I care for my products so they last?

To ensure long life, you should always use a soft cloth and water if necessary to remove excess clay, paint, mica powders, or glue residue from the tools immediately after use.

Especially for silkscreens- paint must be rinsed away before it dries on the screen or else you may permanently ruin it by clogging the tiny holes.

    Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada and Australia here - we ship everywhere else on Etsy because of the current state of the USPS. Etsy has more protection- for you, and for us, with international packages. Shop our ETSY.

What if I don't like what I bought? Return policy?

If you don't like what you purchased, you can claim a store credit for the item within 60 days for 90% of the product purchase price. Or, send it back unused within 60 days for 100% refund on the product purchase price.

    What if something arrives broken?

We have a no-risk policy. If something is broken in the mail please email us a photo (we really want to see what happened so we can fix the issues) and we'll send you a new one.

How do you ship? How long does it take, and do I get tracking?

We use USPS Ground Advantage for most packages. We try to ship within a day or two of your order. Sometimes- because our Mistress of Manufacture lives over an hour from the shipping workshop, it may take a little longer if we are waiting on supplies to be restocked. You will receive tracking via email and you can log in to your account to see past orders and tracking.
