Year of Veneer Easy Image Transfer & Glass hot fix crystals Polymer Trading Coin
I love the painterly look of these Polymer Trading Coins and they are super easy to make. I started with a transfer using pre printed Magic Transfer Paper and transferred on blue clay I then transferred the lotus onto blue and latte Premo clay to show how different the transfers look on different color clay. I love to experiment on different colors for different looks. You will have lots of fun creating with this technique, for the tutorial watch this weeks Polymer Clay TV.

Magic Transfer Paper and adding Embellishment to it
I love the ease of doing transfers with Magic Transfer Paper and so will you! No more rubbing and rubbing only to have your design smear and become unusable. MTP can be printed on blank sheets in black & white or even full color.(coming soon!) The Color Me MTP is already printed so you don't have to hunt down designs.

Magic Transfer Paper- the easiest way to transfer color or black and white pictures onto polymer clay
Magic Transfer Paper is for image transfers on many crafting surfaces including raw polymer clay, epoxy (jewelry or crystal) clays, canvas, paper, wood, chipboard, and more.
Simply print your design with a LASER printer only (not a laser jet). Reverse the image or text, lay it down and burnish. The ink transfers to the polymer clay (or to a medium such as gel or glue if you are putting this on something other than clay). Then the paper rinses right off, leaving your design- no rubbing for hours, and it even works on curved surfaces!

Image Transfer on Polymer Clay to Create a Fun Butterfly Box
It's easier than you think to transfer images on polymer clay. Join me on Polymer Clay TV as I show you just how easy it is to work with Magic Transfer Paper that has already been printed with designs. The design I use is from the March Create Along box and is called Bollywood Butterfly. I like to combine techniques for really unique looks.
If you are used to rubbing and rubbing to try and get the paper off you are going to be blown away by just how easy this is! The images come pre printed in our line called Color Me Magic Transfer Paper or you can print your own designs or images in black and white or color with a laser printer on the blank sheets of Magic Transfer Paper. So as I always say the sky is the limit!
I also learned something this time and that is that you can silkscreen on your clay and let it dry and then add a transfer on top. This lets the silkscreen show through the image for a super cool look.
You can use markers on baked or unbaked clay images, you can use pigments or inks as well. There are so many ways to jazz up the designs not to mention adding crystals or a little bling. Have fun creating!
